Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

4.1 Return Conditions

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.2 Return Costs

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were delivered defective or not as described, or unless we have agreed to bear the return costs.

4.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for a full refund.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

6. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will:

• Arrange for the return of the defective product
• Provide a full refund or replacement at your choice
• Cover all return shipping costs

Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us to expedite the process.

7. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
• It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund within 5 business days.
